Position Summary

As the champion of our vibrant culture, you’ll be the heartbeat of our remote-first team, proactively dreaming up creative ways to keep our ~120 employees connected, engaged, and inspired—no matter where they are. In this role, you’ll also be the go-to person for keeping our day-to-day operations humming, providing essential support to our executive leadership and team across North America. We’re looking for someone who loves wearing many hats—from managing calendars and meetings to coordinating events—and thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of a SaaS company.

This is a hybrid position based in the Denver (Lone Tree), Colorado area, requiring a combination of remote work and regular in-office attendance (3-4 days in the office).  

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Keep our leaders' schedules and meetings organized, so they can focus on big-picture goals.
  • Be the master of ceremonies for meetings—handling the agendas and logistics so everything runs smoothly.
  • Help whip up polished presentations and reports.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event coordination.

Office Operations

  • Keep the office vibe going, both physically and virtually.
  • Assist with planning company meetings, team events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Proactively design and execute a calendar of engaging virtual and hybrid events that foster connection, inclusivity, and fun across our distributed workforce. Serve as the primary cultural architect, identifying new and creative opportunities to build community and team spirit among our 120+ employees.

Team Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee administrative requests.
  • Help new hires feel like part of the team from day one.
  • Assist with maintaining company records, documentation, and internal systems.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, all-hands meetings, and company communications.

Business Operations Support

  • Maintain organizational systems, project trackers, and administrative workflows.
  • Assist leadership teams with special projects, research, and operational initiatives.
  • Support reporting, and record management across business systems.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained according to company standards.

What You Bring to the Team

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
  • Additional coursework or certifications in business administration, office management, or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience
  • 2–5 years of administrative, executive assistant, office coordinator, or operations support experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a professional business environment.
  • Prior experience in a technology or SaaS company preferred.

Skills

  • You’re a master juggler—you can organize anything and keep track of all the moving pieces.
  • Able to work with remote and onsite employees.
  • You’re a natural communicator who can brighten up an email or lead a conversation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Experience using business applications such as Slack, Gmail / Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the President and works closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Product, Operations, Enterprise Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
